Hood had a tough upbringing and you felt for him. This story dealt with some pretty serious issues betrayal, addiction, abuse, death, etc.

I loved that Hood never gave up. While others thought he was some dumb street kid, he was on his game and proving them wrong through his actions.  I was completely hooked from page one. Noire delivered another well-written story.
